WILL THERE BE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?
Once an order transaction has been completed, a confirmation of purchase will be sent to you via email. Then in 1-3 business days, we'll ship your order and we'll send a confirmation of shipment with tracking number to you via email, plus estimated shipping times.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number right away, which can be tracked through the USPS tracking system on our Track Order page here. Do note that most of the time tracking information is updated right away. But, sometimes (due to, for example, public holidays) it takes up to 7 business days for the USPS tracking information to be updated.
I DID NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER, WHAT DO I DO?
Tracking numbers will only be available for purchases over $50.00 USD. The tracking number will be provided 5-7 days after your order has been placed. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide your tracking details
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
ACTIMAZO partners with selected global merchants and artisans from the premium global places such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. That's why we provide the most interesting products with the best prices.
Because we ship directly from our partners, we typically have a 3 business day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this, your package will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks, depending on the demand for that particular product.
Important note: If it doesn't show up there is no reason to panic. It's on its way! And you can always check the status of your order with the tracking number provided after the order is shipped, on this page, or contact us for tracking help.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We offer international shipping options too! So even if you are behind the great wall and winter is coming, you can buy from us! We'll ship it, you'll get it, no worries!
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're purchasing from outside of the US, the customs department in your country may decide to hold temporarily your items at the border. In many cases without any explanation. In some countries (particularly in Canada) customs department takes a very long time to resolve these holds. Although this practice is relatively rare, if your order is held up in customs, please check your country's customs department by calling them directly.
Important note: In case that your order is never released by customs, no worries, we'll gladly ship you a replacement! :)
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT RECEIVED ONLY ONE?
Our partners and selected global merchants are on different manufacturing sites, with the focus on creating specific items. This means that it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest, simply because you've ordered products from two different sites. Again, relax if all items from your order do not arrive at once. Everything that you've ordered is on its way!
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You have 12 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries at all! Please, contact us right away! We'll help you through the process where we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
